My name is Virginia Beltrán Busquets. I obtained a law degree from the University of Barcelona Law School, a Master’s degree in Business, Law and International Recruitment from the Barcelona Bar Association, and a Master’s degree, summa cum laude, in European Studies in Law and Economics from the University of Vienna, Austria.

I am an active member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Munich Bar Association, among other international organisations and institutions.

I have been practising as a lawyer for over 25 years, working as an adviser of legal and international relations. I have lived and worked in various European countries for many years, Germany, Austria and Italy. I am fluent in six languages and use them professionally: Catalan, Spanish, German, Italian, English, and French.

I received additional training in Psychosynthesis and Psychoenergetics, completing seven years of study at the Comunità di Etica Vivente (Community of Living Ethics) located in Città della Pieve, Italy.

I have been a speaker at a number of conferences and seminars in different European countries, focusing on human resources, group dynamics, and leadership development.

Both at the personal and the professional level, I value diversity and plurality as an integral asset and believe that a thorough understanding of cultural differences is a key to the success of social and business interactions.
